My Pages is your most important auction tool
Use the My Pages service to sign in to Helander’s auction catalogues. You can sign in using your customer number or e-mail. In My Pages service you can also browse all your bids, sells and purchases, update your contact details and change your password.
Before the auction, we will notify each seller via e-mail which of their items will be on sale. You can see a written itemisation of sold and unsold lots as well as the final prices in the My Pages service. Also, your settlement statements of all fully paid items will appear in the service on the 15th day of the month following the auction. Please note that some of a seller's items might be on sale on later auctions and those, still unlisted items will not be visible in the My Pages service.
In the My Pages service you can browse all your bids, won and lost items and your invoices. In other words, buyers can watch their bids and purchases.
Helander's Auction Software
Recently, Helander has brought into use a new auction software. You can bid online as you could before, but first you will have to sign in to My Pages service. The four-digit passwords used in our previous software are reset so you will get a new password when you sign in for the first time.

NEW CUSTOMER: registration
Your bids are listed on the ’History’ tab in My Pages service. The ’Invoices' tab show your invoices or, if you are a seller, your settlement statements. Please tell us your personal Customer Number every time you contact Auction House Helander.
You must register and sign in to leave advance bids (also known as absentee bids) through our catalogues. If you don’t have an account yet, you can easily register at My Pages service.
NB! Our absentee bidding policy has been changed. Previously, the sum was split in half if the first bidder placed a bid of 151 euros or more and was shown in full if the bid was 150 euros or less. This rule is now repealed and henceforth the first bid is shown as a minimum bid the auction allows. The raises are set according to a fixed raising table.
Example 1: first bid for an item in an auction that allows minimum bid of €37
Customer places a bid of €200. The catalogue shows the bid as €37.
Example 2: several bids for an item in an auction that allows minimum bid of €37
The highest existing bid is now €120. Another customer leaves a bid of €200. The catalogue shows the bid as €130.
Please note that the advance bid represents the highest price you are willing to bid for the lot, but you may be able to buy the lot at a substantially lower price.

Advance bids can be placed and raised through the online catalogue until the auction starts. Bids can be left at the auction house even during the auction using a special form.
You may submit your phone bid at our web pages. Telephone bidding starts from €150, unless there is a higher minimum price set. Phone bidding closes one hour prior to the auction.
In hammer auctions the auctioneer raises bids by a sum he/she deems appropriate, in general 10 %. In some of our auctions, you can also submit bids online during the auction (LIVE). To participate a LIVE auction you will have to sign in and accept the auction terms.
We warmly welcome you to our auctions!
