Our Monthly Auctions offer thousands of different objects and allow Items to be sold and bought rapidly. For the Seller, this means an easy and a reliable way to get articles the best price of the day. Auctions offer many opportunities for Buyers: You may attend the auction on site, in advance online and by telephone during the auction.
Whether you wish to sell a single piece of art, a large collection, or the contents of a house, there are a number of ways to have your property valued by a Helander expert: You may arrange for a free Estate Assessment or ask for an Auction Estimate either online, by e-mail or at the Auction House. Whichever way You choose, Helander can guide you through the entire auction process.
What do you do when you have a house full of items you no longer want or need? Getting an Estate Assessment done from Helander can help you decide the best course of action for you to take. Having someone with knowledge of reselling antiques and collectibles go through your house with you helps a lot. An assessment usually takes less than an hour, and at the end of it you’ll know what you can sell versus what should be donated or discarded. Sweepout: If the house or basement needs to be completely emptied, trash and sellable items alike, a sweepout is an option. The assessor will give an estimate for the auction house’s labor costs to remove everything from the house. This option is popular for people who have recently sold a house or have a deceased relative’s estate that needs to be dealt with.
